The Service
WorthCurve is an independently built and operated web application that models financial independence scenarios from information you enter. It is free, requires no account, and processes your financial inputs in your browser (see the Privacy Policy). By using WorthCurve you accept these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
No Financial Advice
The information and results provided by WorthCurve are for educational and informational purposes only. We are not financial advisors, broker-dealers, tax professionals, or legal counsel, and using WorthCurve creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship. The tool does not recommend securities, asset allocations, or specific financial products. Projections are estimates under simplified assumptions and do not account for taxes on withdrawals, sequence-of-returns risk, changing regulations, or your full personal circumstances — the methodology page lists what is and is not modeled. Do not make financial decisions solely on the outputs of this tool; a qualified financial or tax professional can help verify a plan before you act on it.
Accuracy of Projections
While we strive to ensure our tools use accurate mathematical formulas, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any projection. Future market returns, inflation, and personal circumstances are inherently unpredictable. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
Your Data and Data Loss
Your plan is stored in your browser, not on our servers. Clearing browser data, using a private window, or switching devices can remove it, and we cannot recover it. Export a .worthcurve backup file if you want a durable copy. The service is provided without any guarantee of availability and may change or be discontinued at any time.
Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
You may use WorthCurve for personal, non-commercial planning and education. You may not misrepresent WorthCurve's outputs as professional advice, scrape or resell the service, or attempt to interfere with its operation. The WorthCurve name, design, and content are the property of the operator; the numbers and files you create from your own inputs are yours.
Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
WorthCurve is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorthCurve and its operator are not liable for any financial losses or damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from use of the service or reliance on its outputs.
Changes and Governing Law
These terms may change; material changes will update the date below, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the operator's state of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
